We did have our annual Fire Safety Awareness Day on Wednesday. Students in grades 4 to 8 participated in a series of activities to familiarize each of them with the local fire department, the equipment that they use, and some safety procedures that may be needed in the event they are involved in a fire. A special thank you to Barbara Bragdon for coordinating the event and to the fire departments from Gouldsboro and Winter Harbor for making this event possible for our students.
